BFF Banking Group Junior Legal Specialist Invia

BFF Bank spa is a banking institution with a presence in the market for approximately 40 years, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, and continuously growing and expanding. It is the largest specialized finance operator in Italy, as well as a leader in Europe in managing and disposing of non-performing commercial credit claims against Public Administrations. The Group also leads in Italy in Securities Services and banking payment services.

We're looking for a Legal specialist dedicated to the direct management of legal actions with the aim to internalize the judicial activity in the Spanish Branch.

The ideal candidate should be specialized in drafting contracts and litigation.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting all phases and degrees of legal actions - including litigations before high courts and enforcement procedures - before competent courts (civil and administrative).
• Prepare relevant strategy, draft pleadings, appear before the courts, and attend the hearings.
• Negotiate with the counterparts.
• Draft contracts as settlement agreements and payment plans.
• Legal analysis, opinions and memorandums on a wide range of topics.

Technical requirements

• Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and qualified to practice before Spanish courts (necessary).
• legal technical abilities
• Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with informative systems.
• Native Spanish and fluent English nice to have (written and spoken).
