BFF Banking Group Relationship Manager Senden

BFF Banking Group is the largest independent specialty finance in Italy and a leading player in Europe, specialized in the management and non-recourse factoring of trade receivables due from the Public Administrations, securities services, banking and corporate payments.

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and acquire new clients among suppliers to the public sector.
• Sales of the financial products offered by the Company,
• Build long-term business relationships with clients.
• Preparation of credit application and pricing proposals
• Negotiating the transaction parameters and conditions of the concluded contracts,
• Analyzing the market and opportunities for meeting the sales targets of specific products,
• Monitoring the needs of the market as related to the product and modification of services, taken into consideration the clients' expectations,
• Strengthen business relations with public sector clients and build a client portfolio.
• Cooperate with other departments to resolve crises and support sales planning.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–5 years of successful professional experience.
• Experience in the financial or B2B sector; experience with the public sector, public procurement, or B2G is an advantage.
• Strong motivation to succeed (must-have).
• Master in business planning, organizational analysis, market analysis,
• Pro-active and driven attitude and a strong desire to exceed sales targets,
• Experience with a complete sales cycle, develop new business, closing deals,
• Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 level).
• Category B driving license.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player, but able to work independently and systematically.
• Task- and success-oriented mindset.
