Your responsibilities:
- Managing employee training, creating development paths, operating the training system;
- Implementing and improving HR procedures: periodic assessment, adaptive programs, satisfaction survey;
- Conducting end to end recruitment processes for various positions in organization;
- Keeping personal records of employees, preparing of personnel documentation;
- Support in daily duties in HR Department.
Our requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification in HR area;
- Min. 3 years of experience in HR department;
- Knowledge of English at B2 level;
- Experience in performance management and budgeting processes;
- Experience in managing training programs, employee's benefits;
- Knowledge of labour law regulations;
- Availability and commitment in carry out duties, team work skills and work under pressure skills;
- Accuracy & details attention;
- Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office.
