BFF Bank spa  is a banking company that has been on the market for about 40 years, is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and it is constantly growing and expanding.  It is the largest independent specialty finance in Italy and leading player in Europe, specialized in the management and non-recourse factoring of trade receivables due from the Public Administrations.  The Group is also leader in Italy in the Securities Services and bank Payment Services business. We are currently looking for a: DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST Purpose of the role: The role holder will be responsible primarily for planning and organising digital contents and social media channels for BFF Banking Group.   Key Responsibilities: Create a content strategy for social media and digital channel to support further BFF's brand and values. Developing and delivering intelligent, well-researched, audience focused social media content (e.g. text, images, video, infographics and headlines), ensuring all content is accurate, up to date and effectively leveraged on all platforms Create, adapt and tailor messaging and content to engage a variety of audiences Develop a robust measurement framework to assess effectiveness and impact against investment e.g. campaigns and channel performance   Requirements:   Degree or equivalent relevant experience in digital, communications, journalism, public relations or related field Min. 5 years' experience Digital Communication roles A solid communications and digital skill set with proven experience within agencies and corporates Proficiency in writing and develop across all major digital channels, with a strong eye for impactful design Significant experience working with content management and scheduling systems, social listening tools and Google Analytics and experience evolving the social media mix as new technology and trends emerge e.g.  algorithm changes Have experience identifying risk and navigating/monitoring sensitive issues playing out on social The profile is completed by strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce clear, engaging narrative; Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning, influencing, negotiation, project management skills; Strong presentation skills; Credibility with senior executives and Media.   Language skills:  ·         Strong oral and written communications skills ·         Italian as mother tongue ·         English proficiency, oral and written, Level C1 – C2 or Native ·         The knowledge of one of the Group languages will be consider a plus   What BFF Bank spa can offer:   ·         A stimulating, challenging work environment, with high growth opportunities and a high learning culture ·         A permanent contract ·         CCNL of Credito ·         Possibility of hybrid work ·         Ticket restaurant provided both in presence and during remote work ·         Performance reward system ·         Corporate welfare ·         Possibility to access one of our pension funds ·         Supplementary health insurance   Workplace: Via Domenichino 5 - 20149 Milano At BFF bank spa  we ensure that every single person has access to the same opportunities and equal treatment.
