Your responsibilities - Managing employee learning & development activities, creating and conducting trainings and being the HR point of reference for the Individual Development Plan Program; - Managing HR Training and Performance Systems: Oversee HR systems to ensure all mandatory training requirements and performance processes are tracked and completed on time. This includes monitoring employees' progress and sending reminders to encourage timely completion; - Course Enrolment Management: Handle course enrolment logistics, ensuring employees are properly registered for the training programs that fit their roles and development needs. Coordinate schedules, communicate details, and address any enrolment-related issues; - Instructional Design for E-learning: Develop engaging, employee-centered e-learning content that aligns with the organization's learning objectives. Apply instructional design principles to create interactive, accessible, and impactful training modules; - Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyse training completion data, generating reports to ensure compliance and to identify trends or gaps in learning engagement; - Implementing and improving HR procedures: periodic assessment, adaptive programs, satisfaction survey; Our requirements - University degree or equivalent qualification in HR area; - Min. 2 years of experience in HR department; - Knowledge of English and Italian (obligatory) at B2 level; - Experience in managing training/L&D programs; - Availability and commitment, highly developed organizational skills, team work midset; - Accuracy & attention to the detail; - Knowledge of MS Office suite; Optional - Knowledge of L&D platforms such as Articulate will be an asset.
